  • 3 gallons per 2 ounces of salt? What kind of salt Kosher/Sea or table salt. It does make a difference. No Offence I know this is your video but for osmosis to take place you may need a bit more then your required salt for the correct balance? Also stating the "type of salt" would be very helpful for your viewers to know. Not to tear up your recipe but I use about 2 cups of Kosher or SeaSalt per 3 Gallons. Using that quantity with regular Table salt may be be way to much though.
