@cosmicbass yeah i'm upset about that tour. i've been waiting for it for several years and the only socal show is in LA despite having amazing crowds in san diego and the LA show is the same night as the first day of comic-con so i can't make it. but i hope you enjoy the show, they're playing both albums. i know it will be amazing.

Totally agree. I saw the same lineup at House of Blues in LA 2 weeks ago and Cynic was the best band. They're awesome musicians. Their songs are layered, sophisticated, complex and unique. It's not just about angry screaming.

yeah that and the security being strict about cameras were the only things that I would have wished had gone better. Oh well, you'll meet Cynic eventually. They'll come back here on their next tour. The crowd responses last night and last year at Meshuggah were great, they have to play San Diego again. I'm glad you found the videos.
