  • Seen this ugly piece of thing today. This looks horrible. And my past favourite onkyo line looks even worse. OMG WHAT IS HAPPENING? Pioneer looks good tough but i just dont like the brand so now i am waiting till next realese or maybe i will splash out a bit more and get arcams avr400. I know performance means alot but ppl i will be looking at it everyday so looks matters too.

  • how do you get the passthru to work on the 1712? i turn off the reveiver the picture goes away

  • @c0uchsl0uch Hello. On page 63 of the manual it has instructions on how to go into the menu and setup the ‘HDMI Standby Source’, you can choose which HDMI passes through when it is off.
