They weren't. The whole thing was made up. The Duke of Norfolk convinced Jane Parker (Georges wife) to bare false witness against the Queen.
By the way, the failure to provide the King with a male heir is what sent poor Katherine of Aragon in disgrace and got Annes head chopped off. It was a life or death situation and quite frankly, if this actually did happen (which it didn't) I would not blame them.
Hmm, perhaps you should look up your facts. The woman who testified to seeing this happen was Jane Parker/Boleyn, George's wife. At her execution, she confessed that she made it up. Grab some history books and you'll see

I know, but the I had the idea and I could not get the song out of my head. But I really did know that it would probably be a little contreversial, but I don't think anyone took it the wrong way
yess, someone beleives me! the relationshio between george and anne was so touching. he would actually sleep with his sister because he knew how much it would help her, and then when he couldnt do it the way she hugged him was sooo sweet! they really loved eachother, of course as brother and sister, and it was so touching.
NO, it was touching at the end the way they hugged. i mean, u "hiscreationlam" lets say u have a sibing of the opposite sex.... ur choice is they die or u sleep with them... ur pick?
The scene was so creepy, was actually sort of sweet, because he was so sorry that he couldn't help her, and Anne loved him enought to put others before herself, for one of the first times in the whole movie. its still a little weird, but this is a nice video :)
