Sharks are the biggest mass slaughter of large wildlife happening on the planet today . . . Sharks have been around for 400 million years, and we're looking at basically wiping them out in one human generation.
If you live in SAN FRANCISCO, YOU CAN JOIN THE PROTEST AGAINST SHARK FIN SOUP IN CHINA TOWN ON 25th JANUARY @ 12:00 NOON!
Hey campusmang, I went to a local supermarket and they still have lots of drinks in six pack rings. Various soft drinks (7up, Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, etc). Alcohol (example: Molson). In various containers (6-packs, 24 can flats, bottles such as 6packs of Aquafina).
Hopefully there are less six pack rings at the supermarkets in your area.
realmente este video tiene un gran mensaje ojala todos entendieran lo q sucede en el mundo y q todo el daño q le a ocurrido es por causa del ser humano
AMERICAN ENERGY WASTE is EVERYWHERE! We over heat and over cool our homes, businesses, offices, schools, churches. 10's of millions of outdoor lights burn during the day. Most Americans do not minimize their driving.Over packaging is the norm. Our landfills are busier than ever. Road construction in America is the ultimate contradiction. The ONLY way to reduce energy waste and over demand is by the economics of taxing energy, in lieu of Federal Income Tax. TAX ENERGY-NOT INCOME!
This is all the yuppies' faults! Let's kill yuppies to save the sea-habitat-animals. But wait..............then there would be no more youtubers..................
really great work, these videos send the message loud n clear. you should produce a few more of them. having a 6 or 7 part series with the same theme sounds like a powerful body of work to me.
....good job! but where does the trash can go ????? yup some ppl come pick it up and then take it to a trash dump place. then from there it gets put onto a boat and then to the ocean .... at least u got to setp 1 :)
Crap floats in from everywhere in that bay. Compounded by local garbage. Measures are being proposed here in the Northwest to encourage consumers to buy less, waste less and so on. Shameing plays a big role sadly, and frankly, I don't agree w/it. Sometimes you gotta do something...even if it's wrong.
i volenteered at project wildlife in san diego and we would get in the cutest little seaguls with fishing line wrapped around there legs or beak, i have even seen one that had swallowed a ball of fishing line.
different philosophy. The animals are not the problem. As long as there are predators there will be prey. It's nature at work, albeit somewhat "fucked up." how about just stop killing for a start and see what happens.
We as human beings can shitty little people ..we waste, we take, take without giving, we killother species in the name of "its better for us"....we think we are somehow immune to being exterminated from this planet??
Think again If you want to see your children grow up in a better world??start acting in a more responsible way to your Mother Earth. Stop being a Shit Head
Your right but at the same time your wrong... We do stupid stuff but we are a product of society. We do what we can with what we have. We do it to ourselves too: We buy bottled water in bottles that contain PVC. We give our Baby's bottles that contain BPA's... YUK. We our our own victims, and because survival is our strongest instinct, we will fix it...
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I see a green revolution. This will get better but it takes time!
I see a massive implosion of a society trying to be totalitarianistic, and eventually a bunch of countries taking issue with the US and starting war that nobody's going to win. See how well your world holds up while you're "surviving."
Start by changing small things to help conserve energy and trash. We all can't just run out and save the animals we have to stop the problem at the first stage which is our conspicuous consumption. Limit your WASTE!
i was just biking there last week...

I totally agree!
I was thinking this as I watched it, "Wouldn't that dad feel bad if the guy in the duck suit was really having a heart attack?"
Of, course, the dad would never know, either way.
