Nice to hear this song in a different setting (though I really love the recorded version), it just proves how skilled, talented and full of heart Todd is. Being able to hear and see stuff like this really makes me appreciate the internet in general and youtube in particular. Having lived in places where artists like Todd might not appear, it is really great to see and hear this. Just read the new book, definitely worth it.
Todd never EVER ceases to amaze me..I've been a fan since 1968 when his Band the Nazz released theirs 1rst album- I mean REALLY, ..IF YOU ARE READING THIS then, all you have to do is look at ALL THE VIDEOS you see to your right, and then some....This Man is a Musicians Musician...Singer, Songwriter,Producer, Engineer....and always dances to the beat of his own drum...I've had the pleasure of meeting this man ( and Utopia) several times over the years.
I feel Todd should have the same stature as the all-time-greats, but the general public doesn't know who he is. More for us, his loyal and adoring fans, I say! The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a joke. Todd will never get in that tourist trap, nor, from what I've heard, does he want to. The main reason is because it's run by Rolling Stone magazine, whose controlling mogul Jann Weiner has always hated Todd for some long-forgotten reason.
Thank you so much! We saw Todd perform this song in Tempe AZ in 2003, and I have been looking for a video since. I had actually almost convinced myself it was just a beautiful dream. I am so grateful...
Thanks for posting this. I was at this show, and had a good time. There was a lot of goofy stuff (like the "Endless Prairie" tune), but tunes like this make it all worthwhile.

We've got to get Todd into the R & R Hall of Fame. What does it take; what does the man have to do ??!!
