He informed the investigators at the time of the incident that he had 500 hours total flight time, Which was found out to be Fixed-Wing only. He was in his first hour of Rotary-Wing training at the time of the incident. The pilots name is Clive Hogg and the incident happened 11:30am Sunday April 26th 1987 in Rubidoux, CA. NTSB Incident Report No: LAX87LA190.
