Aztlan is the original place from where the mexica migrated south, they called all the land in their migration Anahuac. The Spanish believed Aztlan was somewhere in the southwest,(US) they refered to New Spain as Anahuac which included the southwest, Anahuac covered many peoples not just the Mexica. Mexico should be Anahuac or is Anahuac and so is most of the U.S.

The Republic of Lakotah is just the beginning of complete indigenous freedom for the natives of the Americas. Mexico and most of Central and South America all have a large indigenous majority, which is an advantage to complete liberation. Are any of those temples still standing and are there people who still follow the Mesoamerican cultures? I did read that there are some Incas who still follow their religion.
