the video went out of sync becuse the game lagged, the screen stopped recording for the while it was lagging but the sould was still recorded because that uses the sound card and not the graphics card

Btw the whole video is sped up 2x. Oh you can also sort out the square box around the video. Right click the video clip in Sony Vegas and "Uncheck Maintain Aspect Ratio, Tick Reduce Interlace Flicker and Disable Resample". :)
