@frewd100 My beloved Poland, why you hate? on another note it probably wouldn't be the best idea to take two locations that are far away from each other because if one gets attacked you would have to run half way across the map to defend but then if the other gets attacked you have to go back, it is potentially better to sweep across taking everything in your path and you can pull troops from one place to help defend a nearby one.

Idk if it'll work but you could recruit a bunch of cheap militia & group them into a fodder unit so they can run point during battles.
