I really like Pierce as actor, but they should have dubbed his singing. it clearly wasn't strong enough. Audrey Hepburn ("My Fair Lady"), Peggy Wood & Christopher Plummer ("The Sound of Music"), and Minnie Driver ("Phantom of the Opera") obviously didn't have the pipes to sing their songs in the respective films, so they should have had another actor do Pierce's singing.

This was and always will be my favorite song in Mamma Mia.. I got sooo obsessed with song that I can't even wait for the download.. I just recorded it on my Mp4.. I was really desperate to show it to my friends.. I was 10 okay and I tried to show it to my parents and convinced them to rent a cd called "MAMMA MIA" And when I watched it, my parents were actually listening to the songs and told me: Samantha, those are old songs.. and I said Really?.. Hmm.. I nvr thought old songs could be this cool

All of the music that dated back since the 70's or 80's were the best ones yet. Now, we have all of this techno music and to be honest, I'm not really digging it. Some techno is good but when you fill your voice up w/ a machine that disguises your voice, you can't really hear the true colors of the music.

I think that for what it is, it's very good. I mean, sure, Pierce Brosnan is no extraordinary singer but I think they chose the only song on this soundtrack for him to sing that he could actually pull off and I think he did a pretty fair job of singing it. It's one of my favorites from the movie.
