I think the only way India and Pakistan can unite as one is if there is no special benefits given to any religion and no parallel legal system. Everyone must be under one secular law. This goes for civil laws as well. You can't have one group having the right to marry four wives and another can't. Cannot have any double standards or it equals to further partition. No more special benefits anymore.
