  • -_- every single time I do this it works well until the main bend bit, My hands aren't strong enough and I hit the ground with a 'bang'. Which is awkward when your at your dads house and it's a flat!

  • Guys..The way I do it is different. Its easier, too. When you start, you put your arms straight, reaching for the sky. THEN you start going back. Otherwise..You might kill yourself xDD Oh! And first, you guys really have to stretch your backs. And wrists. It will make it MUCH easier, and you wont really feel the pain. Dont go too fast, but at the same time dont go too SLOW. With your arms up, if you fall, you will just land on your arms. Easier, yes? :D

  • @CrabKing05 For most people it will be good for their back building strength and flexibility. But it CAN be overdone. If you move into pain stop immediately.

  • THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS HITTING MY HEAD SO ALL I HAVE TO DO IS NOT MOVE MY HAND JUST KEEP THEM BY MY EARS THTS ALL?

  • @TheChoppar I recommend wall walking as a good way to lead up to this stunt. But yes make sure your hands are there to catch you. Straight arms is best.

  • @TheChoppar Yes and if you want to build more control I recommend walk walking before this exercise.

  • Put your legs about shoulder length apart

    Keep your arms tight and by your ears

    FOLLOW your hands back, keep your eyes on them.

  • @ttlynikki you will if you do what he is doing!! start with your arms up and keep your arms up the whole time by your ears!! then there's no way you can hit your head. bend your knees and slowly lean back while keeping your entire weight on your feet (bring your knees over your feet)

  • he's doing it wrong- if you start out learning it this way you WILL hit your head. Stand up keep your arms up by your ears and straight the WHOLE time, bend your knees and slowly go backwards keeping your arms by your ears. they are easier when your feet are further apart

  • thats actualy whrong your soppose to push your chest out and legs are soppose to be streight!!!!!!

  • @jazzyandfriendz think of limbo when you do your back bend or have someone hold your back a bit to help you get the feeling or go on a couch and practice like your standing :))

  • your really gd but its easyer 1 hand after the other cause im 15 and im a grade 9 gymnast gd :)

  • thats what happen to me but when you do it on the floor open your legs wider not to wide,so youll be more closer to the ground make sure to practis on the grass or a soft area before you do it on the florr cause if u make a mistake u fall on your head like my sister did before i taught her.
