Can anyone help me. I have a 2004 Nissan Titan and. I took out my radio and unplugged it. When I plugged it back I heard a noise like the CD's setting in the unit. When I went to power it on nothing works it lights up and shows the clock but doesn't play music. I checked the wires for power and it seems to have it. But wont come on. Can anyone please help out with this?

Interesting... but my problem is I put a mini-disc in slot #5 (thought about not doing it TOO late), it wouldn't play, and it's too small to get pushed out, I guess. I could finally put a disk into that slot, and it would play, but no others will eject or play. Where did the mini-disc go? frustrating!!!

@cityslic It has probably dropped in between the holders and is sitting at the bottom of the deck. You'll have to take it apart and retrieve it but I doubt you'll have to actually disassemble the MECHANISM to reach it.

I fixed mine tonight.. it had 7 cd's in it.. one had got stuck and above the mechanism... really... It took me a while to figure out how to get inside the player but you video showed me how it should work.

The 6-CD Changer in my 07 Nissan Versa stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I popped a CD into slot 6. Instead of playing, it froze up, a mechanism error appeared, and now it won't eject or play any CDs. Is this what happened to you? How exactly did you open up the system and re-lubricate it?

The dealer told me that it would cost $1,000 to replace the system. No thanks!

@7Pilgrims Yes, exactly the same problem. I cannot tell you exactly how I disassembled and fixed it (too complex to fit into a few paragraphs), but it is definitely fixable, and I might be willing to fix it for a nominal fee (not anywhere near $1,000).

@7Pilgrims: I think both Nissan and Infiniti needs to replace these units for free because I am noticing a trend with CD changer problems and both Nissan and Infinity uses Clarion CD changers. I own an 03 G35 sedan and my CD changer won't eject any of my cds. It's a very common problem with G35's as I am sure the Versa and probably every other model car that uses these Clarion CD changers.
