@eranrule I'm not sure it depends on the brand of Blu-Ray drive you purchase, but you'll also need 3rd party software like PowerDVD or something else.
I purchased a Blu-Ray drive and purchased 3D equipment (Glasses, Screen and Graphics card) just so i could watch Avatar 3D when it's released.. If it's released..

I would recommend PowerDVD 10 or 11, or ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 5.
