Neighborhood is great, and in fact, you'll be parking there because the lots around the arena fill up fast, and are overpriced. The K-Rock Centre is modest in capacity when compared to venues in larger cities, but it's decent for live shows. Enjoy Tool! They are going to rock!
Too bad the only things you could see this Summer were monster trucks and BMX bikes. Oh well, there is Cheryl Crowe in the next few weeks, as well as the Blue Man Group.

Hey, nice post. I was trying to find out what this venue was like. Going to see TOOL on 8/4/09. Looks like a small venue..how's the neighborhood?

holy crap!! i didn't know that's what was going up right across from the big ferry!! you'll see me in the summer for at least one show!!
