apparently that was 'staged' as part of a training video. Notice the monitor is right on the edge of the base unit to make it easy to knock off.

One time I got pissed,called my boss an a-hole , punched a hole in the wall and walked out. Instead of getting fired my boss laughed and told me to fix the wall on my own time. Later I was aproached by everyone saying they always wanted to do that.

no he did nothing to get electrocuted. all he did was pound on a keyboard, hit the monitor with the keyboard, and kick the casing of the monitor. he never touched anything that would cause him to get electrocuted. although he probably got fired.
