it's easy - do it the way Dylan himself does it too:

block one or two holes with your tongue so that only 2 or 3 holes are open -

then just fiddle around and try to get some kind of melody into it by moving your mouth to the left (down) or to the right (up). you can hardly make a mistake because with D, B minor and G all the "out" holes work okay - with A it's more the "in" holes (in meaning you inhale)
