Its just the way she says it....."just a wine waiter". Becoming a sommelier isn't an easy task. At the best restaurants in the world, the sommelier is respected as much as the executive chef.

Just a wine waiter???? You go thru sommelier training like I did. Your a CWE. Thats great....but your not a sommelier.You don't have near the amount of education to call a sommelier, " just a wine waiter"

You consult with the best matching wine with food and you serve wine.

I'm not saying it's simple tho.
