Ehn, it was alright. in terms of effects, AWESOME, the plot was a good concept, but the story didn't really go anywhere. First we find out he's at large, [o.k. that's good.] It looks like he's cornered, but then we learn that he has psychic powers, [awesome, now what?] He runs away some more, and just starts the cycle of getting trapped and using his powers all over again. At the 2nd and definitely 3rd time it's like, "Alright dude, just shoot him already."
