Correction. He got 64 million votes. Last I checked there are very close to 300 million people in the United States. A minority of Americans voted for him. A minority have allowed him to make policy decisions for everyone else on their behalf. The states may not have the right to "do bad" BECAUSE of the 10th amendment, but the 10th Amendment doesn't stop them from doing so. The US Constitution outlines the powers of the federal government, not the powers of the states.
