  • @vbreak2009 That is also my goal and I weigh 180 also but this is my first day I'm going to try some p90x. I have all the workouts and have tried a few. They are hard core and hard to keep up with but like it say's do what you can. Sadly I didn't stay with it but I still lost 30 lb's but I gained 9 back, thats not too bad though considering i still eat what I want when I want and however much I want. So I will do it again.I was very happy with the results and I will do it again starting now.

  • Here is a little advice. Why not just buy one size bigger, lol? That would make you a size 4 or 6, right? I am more then sure you can't be bigger then a size 6. I wish I had the curves you have. To me you slim, but with curves. Not to mention you have a great booty too. You have a body a lot of women would kill for.

  • @marieree1973 aww thank you so much !!! lol I cant buy one sizebigger because there was time when I used to fit into them perfectly and I liked my size then...so thats why my goal is to fit into them but I dont have much left to lose

  • I started my WLJ in January and its hard at first with the cutting back on portions. And like you said its even harder if you stop eating the things you like. I couldn't have cut out brownies though. I'd probably die if I didn't have one a least once a week or something. But because I do have one or three, LOL, I work out extra hard to not put on the weight. I have a goal weight range which is 130-135lbs.

  • hey just a question! say you exercise and burn like 500 calories- do you still eat back those calories to keep your daily intake at around 1200?

  • @MAKEUPdrugged umm no...If I burn 500 then usually Im tired and hungry so I'll eat something but not a 500 calorie meal something smaller or maybe even just a protein shake. You want to be burning more than you eat but if you haven't had your 1200 calories yet then you should EAT!! 1200 is already very low so you don't want to be eating less than that :)
