I certainly think any idea is better than none. We should kill three birds with one stone Mr Pres, first we have a problem with the nations floodzones correct, secondly our infrastructure is crumbling correct, thirdly Nafta and Cafta could be the financial backers or partners through the CFR or the UN, any one of these groups would be appeased by this idea. It would no doubt be a challenge and a historical effort from American people and as great a task as the Panama Canal.

@bluedogofdark You know, you don't have to marry him, or form a union or anything. But the guy, as many other influential politicians, has a direct impact on YOUR every day life: your salary, taxes you pay, loans and insurances, schools, roads, ... Do you want me to continue? So, if you're an American citizen you CAN at least make a real contribution by contacting your Congressman and telling him he should vote FOR the Act. Unless you are a Wall Street broker, the Act works FOR YOU.
