@JacobPease A limitation ("feature" to some :D) of the software technology used to compose the original song in the early 1990s. The basic gist was something like... You could use whatever instrument(s) you liked to make a song, but only four could be playing at any given moment in time, one on each of four available sound channels. Mixing wasn't too advanced in such software, it simply sent half the channels to left output, and the other half to right output. Bam, instant stereo mixing. :)

I remember going into PC World as a kid (must have been around '93 or '94, yeah, I'm still a young one eh? 21 is the new 16 :P) and they had a demo machine set up with Jazz one going with this theme blasting out. I remember thinking "WOW! I must have that game! Shelled out my whole pocket money savings lol, I was NOT dissapointed once we got our fecking crappy AMBRA to run it ha ha, I still have that AMRA now actually, might have to fire it up :)
