The Shield still stands as one of the best series ive ever watched. There's no other show like it. After i saw the last episode of season 7 i was like sitting still for 10 mins and just thought WOW. Micheal Chiklis is just crazy good in this show!, along with the rest of the cast of course but Chiklis is the one leaving the biggest impression. The one thing that upsets me the most about this show is that it seems like so few people have watched it. I only have liek 2 friends watching it..

@yesindeed9775 Chiklis was INCREDIBLE in the last episode more than what he was for the previous 6 seasons, but for me Walton Goggins is superior to Michael Chiklis in the whole of The Shield, He is just amazing and if you watch the dvd extras you'll see how he loses himself in the role, a proper method actor, up there with the likes of Bob DeNiro and Christian Bale.

i know, but what this show does best is make us feel different things for each character. I hated Shane for what he did to Curtis, but now i just feel bad for him, especially because of the season finale. I don't agree with most of the things that Vic did, but his reasons were mostly good. This is why any show out there in the same genre will not be as good as the Shield. Except maybe the Wire, but i have not seen it yet. I intend to though.
