  • Another one of those "excellent teachers but the students can never be able to duplicate 50-70% of the teacher's abilities. " Love Chen's performance as always. I had his videos. His students on the video were great, but the heels kick were NOT high to earn good points if in competition?? Very smooth and graceful as usual. Thanks for posting it.

  • I took this 8 form tai chi with Master Chen Sitan's wife. This was a great reminder of the forms and I am going to keep trying to achieve the same level of grace and flow as the Chens. Great video!

  • A very beautiful form, I loved te performance very soothing and uplifting. The 8 step is different than the one I do. I get so confused at the endless variation. But I guess that is the nature of the Tao!
