Hi Mike:

Love your cover - one of my favourite J.D. songs. Just got back a few days ago from a trip north to Bakersfield, CA to see a great performer, Jim Curry who tours all over U.S.A. & does tribute concerts of John Denver songs. Wonderful to see Jim & his wife & band at a concert hall that seats 3,000 people. I had the 2nd row!

I think your cover is really good!! This song and Rhymes & Reasons are probably my two favourite J.D. songs. It would be nice to see you in concert one day too!

I love it. Heard this on his "Evening with John Denver" double-LP. Remember those? lol In 1983, I spent 20 bucks (A fair bit of money 30 years ago,) to see John Denver at the Garden State Art Center. Come the night of the concert, it was pouring with rain, and we had outdoor seats. But you just couldn't eat a $20 ticket. We went, got soaked, and heard him give a great show. Ever been to the Art Center? Where are you from in Jersey, Mike?
