I actually don't know what kind of cap I have, probably latex, as it doesn't seem to be very stretchy. I live in a rural area & this was the only kind & size available. I will try washing out the inside of my cap, thank you.

Thank you, it went on very easily, I never could've figured it out on my own. However, it came off while I was swimming. Is there a trick to keeping it on, or did I buy an inferior brand?

Is your swimming cap silicone or latex?

Certain hair products, such as Shine/ Hair Spray, Leave in conditionor can cause your hat to fall off.

Also sometimes the inside of your hat can be very slippy, so if you wash your cap out with washing up liquid it's a better grippier.

Also sometimes the hat can be too big or small and is not a good fit. Once you have found a Brand that does a good size for your head, stick with it....

I am glad my video is helping people. I may do another swimming cap video showing how 2 people can put the cap on. When I was 5 years old, y mum done it for me. Luckily she was good at it. That is up to you. I have it over half my ear because then I can hear the start gun easier and is much more comfortable. Hope this helps xx

No. But it does keep your hair out your face while swimming and makes it easier to swim.

You will find a big difference.

I perfer silicone hats.. much more comfortable....

Latex hats hurt my head and pull on my hear. Not very comfortable.

It is a Silicone cap which is stronger and more durable then the latex caps.

The silicone caps cost a little more but last longer and feel nicer on your head.
