Thanks everyone for the comments! I really appreciate it! And @luvripper, if you really want to get flexible, really push your self in terms of stretching, do a lot of PnF and oversplits, and when your body tells you to stop; don't. Hope that helps!

Great fluidity in movement! Interesting choreography as well, though I am unresolved on the contortion parts. Interesting to see, I suppose, but not much artisitic value IMHO. Still, a good choice of tempo to show the precision of the movements. I am sure he will be a wonder to watch when he goes for something a bit more energetic.
