The band is Christian, but they don't always sing about God and Jesus, they're kinda like Red.

Like a handful of other bands, they're a band of christians, who occasionally sing about jesus, and who occasionally, do not.

Most of what we percieve as "Christian" music isn't based on content, but the record label.

A band signed to a label like Sony or Columbia wouldn't get publicized as a christian band, whereas a band of christians signed to a label like Tooth and Nail would still have an assumed "christian" standing in the music world, regardless of the music itself.

Yeah, this band is christian, but more of a concept band. They sing about the concepts that are christian, like loving the unpopular and despised, rather than singing about Jesus and God all the time. It probably attracts a lot more people who aren't christian, since they aren't singing about the trinity.
