I've been 'hooked' on Dr Hook since the late 60's and still love listening to any of their stuff. Yes, I suppose like every fan, I prefer some tracks over others but any of their tracks will stop me in my tracks and I'll listen. I don't do that for any other artiste/band/group.

Thanks to Dennis Locorriere for continuing to tour with all their hits. I'm actually off to see him this evening and thoroughly looking forward to it. Take me back, Dennis, it's good for me!!!

Man.... I'm a music fanatic, just turned 30 years old, and play a handful of instruments. Never in my life has a band inspired me to be an "artist" as Dr Hook has. My two young boys can sing all their songs. Words don't come in a format as pure as this music. And the feeling Dennis puts into his voice, I can feel him living through the moments he sings. Shel Silverstein is a poet that needed Dennis and Ray to bring it our right. Thanks to my parents for raising me on such amazing music.

@imageofgod69: There are always more things you could try to repair a relationship. Try commitment, loyalty and being real with the other person. Being real to yourself and with others. Sacrifice those things that will make your partner feel safe. Are they really worth hanging on to? Realistic actions and behaviors, you just might have a chance, might have had a chance. Sad song, I never asked you to touch the sun for me...just be you..only you...because that is who i loved.

It`s hard to pic their top ten, but from the top ten this has always been my nr 1.

Both this and "Kiss it Away", (Also on my top ten) Dennis sings so naturally, he performed the songs so perfect, and so into the lyrics and the mood.
