Al, I really think you should just do a playthrough of New Vegas with your choice of mods and show us how/why they enhance gameplay throughout the game.

For example, realistic carry weight, which forces you to plan out what weapons you'll carry how much ammunition you'll carry, and how difficult it makes enemy encounters.

Nevada Skies and Thermoptic Helmets, because planning out firefights during a sandstorm or thunderstorm limit an enemies ability to see, yet with optics you can see them
