The ONLY reason that I ever listened to the Loop was to hear Johhny B.
He is one of a kind - and, as this video says, it's all about theatre of the mind in radio and Johnny is the absolute best.
The day that the Loop let Johnny go, I turned off the station & have never listened again. They've lost thousands of fans.
Who cares about one more radio station playing the same old Rock classics?? Been there, done that. ZZZzzzzz ZZZzzz
I am waiting to hear where Johnny ends up - I'll be there!

Magnificent: I've been listening to The Loop 97.9 ever since my freshman year in high school.Years ago! Byrd & Eddie said it best! Great music,personalities,so many things! It will always be a part of my life! ROCK ON 97.9 THE LOOP:Chicago's greatest!!!
