Forgive me - this popped up on my news feed, and I should be doing homework, so I'm looking for any method of procrastination.
SO... one nerdfighter to another, and from a guy's pov...
On the first point, I think that there are a couple different kinds of guys that act differently toward girls they like. Some can only be jerks, because that's really the only thing they know. Others have no way of acting, so they really don't let you know. And only some actually approach you in a logical way.
@shanehughes3 Yes, I get that. Sometimes I'll find myself making fun of a guy I like because I don't know how to deal with it. So it's not exactly just guys that do it, but when they are intensly obnoxious and they say the reason is because they like you thats just weird. So is immidiatly asking me about sex.
@mazzwillrocu Right! Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like I was defending it in any way - guys who act like that are really pretty ridiculous. And like you say, being obnoxious like that is not the way to get a girl to like you. And asking about sex - do guys really do that so often? That's pretty sad and, again, ridiculous.
@shanehughes3 YES! It is so insulting to think that the only thing a guy cares about when he finds out I am religious is how I feel about sex. But I am really glad you give a guy's POV here, I realize not all guys are jerks and some jerks mature and become better guys.
