alright, so ive just been letting all of the insults fired at me be, because its pointless to argue with stubborn communists or whatever the hell you call yourselves. but when i posted my comment i didnt mean to make it seem like i can do all of this stuff, and i cant, i also didnt mean that an average american can do it. i was referring to some martial arts experts, who are civilians, that i have seen do the same thing these "elite soldiers" are doing.

@SpamOfCan Nothing to do with action movie that CQC is just there should you have to use it at any time, and they just show here that these guys can infact take a punch before becoming useless. Its obvious that they will not show anything related to their real protocol due to Russian law that they are simply not allowed to give away their training.

Similar to US navy seals they show them runing around trees and climbing ropes but thats not all they do now is it..

They are not really sadistic, They simply demonstrate I guess their ability to tolerate and become at peace with pain. He moves out to provide security with his pistol after it was done. This was a demonstration in Kazakhstan, The Russian and Kazakh Presidents were watching if I recall correctly so someone probably got a tad carried away with the charge size for blowing open the windows
