  • is typhoon lagoon open imbetween nov7-nov13th

  • Sweet vid man, I live by ORL. I heard it was like 1,000 dollars to rent the pool out or something like that. Thats a ridiculous amount of money. Was it worth it and was it really that much? Thanks

  • Yep, its about $1000 for about 100 waves from what I remember. Its worth it if you have more than 4 people, we learned its WAY to exhausting trying to catch a wave then run outa the water, through the sand all the way back around wave after wave just so that you could get out into the water in time to catch the next one. Its better if 6-8 or more people go, you can relax a little and not have to hussle everywhere.

  • Good info bro, and thanks for replying back so quick.

  • That's me in the lawn chair about ready to pass out after three loops for waves. Freaking exhausting bro!

  • It is that much, and to be honest, its kinda worth it if you havent had waves in a LONG time, but not realy. Its a mushy waves without hollow sections, and no real lip to smack. Its all carves here. You can have split peaks (which are fun) or lefts or rights. The split peaks will give you two carves (either left or right) and the rights or lefts will give you two carves with a whack on the closeout inside (very small).
