the legal issue he keeps talking about, was that it was the President's call to use the sniper or not. So he's upset that Obama made the call, that saved the captain and now wants to diminish his role in doing that and wishes the credit went to someone else.
This is a sad state of affairs when doing something correctly in all aspects still suffers partisan critcism.

Way to go Goldberg, way to be level headed.
Hannity get real. All Hannity does is hate on Dems and Pres. Obama and without cause.
