....reason why philippines needs to re-enforce implement recycling nationwide coz that would cut more than half of your garbages wastes then the balance of your waste like foods can be use fertilizers if 'decomposed' tins-metals can be recycled as new materials for all tin-metal products-produces papers recycled as new materials for books comics magazines plastic recycled as for road heavy blockers replacing those cemented types plastic pplaying grounds are cute under shady forest as bridges
