xion is made by xehanort becuase he thought "what if sora and roxas was no good?" so he created xion

no he's wright. they are mortal enimys, but the heartless obey the strongest person that comands them. that means the nobodys can send heartless to roxas to get more hearts. they also used that on one of the last misions, when they didn't need roxas they had him leave fight 6 giant heartless "in an atempt to destroy him"
