I think it's unfair to expect people to not compare the performances - it's human nature. My comparison is simply an observation, which is that Hannahs witch was an older, huskier and evil-sounding one. Mariannes witch is younger sounding, but more bitchy and fed up with Dorothy. Both different, yet excellent renditions of the song. It can't be easy taking over from the actress who originated the role, but M has such a powerful voice and has made the role her own - cant wait to see her in it!!

@emilylime2006 I think its unfair to disrespect my wishes. I agree that it is human nature to compare, but I am requesting specifically for people NOT to compare. I'm putting this on for people to appreciate Marianne's talent and NOT compare it to another's talent. The simple fact is you don't have to comment.

I agree 100% with your opinions on both, and in fairness this is one of Marianne's first performances... she is very different now, I hope to add a more recent performance soon. Thanks :)

I was lucky enough to see her as the Wicked Witch and she was AMAZING, would have loved to see Hannah but she definitely sounded as good, incredible voice.
