OD wilson only lived longer because he stopped working out. Jon pall had a bad body. But still pulled through. one of his arms were longer than the other. Which meant that he couldnt bench as much or his wrist would break. He was a lot stronger than od wilson. wilson was a pussy.
What Magnus did that I considered so great is that he never seemed to be really trying. Effortless looking strength. He really knew how to get the most out of his body.

What always struck me was that he was not huge and muscular like the rest of the guys nor did he have a huge belly :) A real athlete who made it look easy!
