Was a Ray and Neela fan, but if Ray wasn't in the pic, I would want her with Simon. David Lyons was amazing in the role, and I went from hating Simon to really loving him. How great was he in the rape reveal scene? He is not only amazingly hot but an awesome actor, although as a Sea Patrol fan, it is weird to see him kissing someone else than Nav now, LOL.

I actually think Simon Brenner beat John Carter in the race for "best ER character". you know, I've always been a Carter fan, and I thought nobody could be as interesting as him. Doug Ross was my second fav. but then I saw that scene where Simon tells Morris he was raped as a kid and that totally changed my mind. cause that was something I would've never expected (because Simon is kind of a womanizer and much into sex) and that made his character really interesting and heartbreaking.

I love Neela and Simon together and it's a shame they didn't let them stay together. IMO he's the only love interest she had chemistry with. Simon is sexy as all heck and that voice of his gets me every time.

The only chemistry these two had was sexual and it takes a lot more than that to be in a relationship. Once the blinders came off it showed that we had a guy who couldn't communicate and trying to ignore his past and a girl living in fear of the future. That is all this relationship was a blanket that prevented two people from facing their fears

That's not necessarily true. They diffinetly had more than just a sexual relashonship. They did break up because Simon was trying to ignore his past, but who wouldn't. If something like that happend to me i wouldn't remember it. I love Nella to death, and i love that she ended up with Ray i've wanted that since the begining, but you can't deny that these two did have chemistry.
