maybe people would eat healthy if healthy foods didnt taste like shit. and most restaurants have fatty and sugary foods instead of vitamin and mineral-rich foods. it doesnt help that healthy foods oftentimes cost more than unhealthy either. in the world of convenience people dont exercise that much. "why walk or bike somewhere when you can drive there or have stuff delivered to you from the internet?"is what many probably think. gym memberships are high which puts poor people at disadvantage.
