I agree; Joe became such a figurehead for Andy in such a short time. I thought it was almost refreshing to see Andy be a brat because he is just so normal and funny in just about every other episode. This was realistic for me. He was always used to Joe coming through for them he just couldn't imagine any alternative version of events--very childlike and real.

i think that this is a great episode. I felt sorry for andy when Joe said he was going someplace else for Christmas, I am happy that

he came back to the family i knew that he would.

Yeah, but it is kind of unfair for Joe's mom, he's all she's got. First Clair steals her husband, and then her only son won't come home for christmas because he has to spend it with 'the other family'.
