Here is how I pictured what age each of the Beatles were.

John: Age about 18

Paul: Age about 17

George: Age 17

Ringo: age 16

So I figured John was the oldest, Ringo was the youngest, (since he's so giddy and navie), and Paul and Geoge were kind of the same age inbetween.
