  • @MaximusImber Rome would never kill, murdered its own citizens...

  • @MaximusImber The Roman equivalent of 9-11 is the sacking of rome in the 400s. except the Roman 'equivalent' is much harsher. lol.

  • I'm glad Constantine "The Great" was not included in this video.

  • roma caput mundi!

  • PAGAN SUPERIOR OVER ATHEIST ADAM EVE RELIGIONS !

  • The Chinese during the Han and Qing dynasty called the Roman Empire "Da Han" and "Da Qing", in reference to the Romans as their Western counter-part. Chinese merchants in the Mediterranean told stories of Roman architecture, art, and technology while the Romans told of their silk, their gardens, etc. One Chinese emperor once asked a Roman about his country and send a group of men to visit the Empire. The Romans spoke of the Chinese with praises as well.

  • really an epic video,AVE ROMA

  • Flavius - He beat Attila

  • Marian?

  • @SpetsnazPower in Gladiator :D

  • @SpetsnazPower thats just a movie??? or?????

  • @TheFriendlypie I think you are really retarded, what i typed had no threats in at all. I don't think Brits are number 1, but for some reason you are jealous...i watched this video because i find romans really interesting. You Haven't proved me wrong at all, you have just made yourself look really retarded. I would be jealous of the British if i was from Switzerland. The british empire was better in terms of size, also comparing roman legionaries to British musket men is abit fucking retarded...

  • @TheFriendlypie If Romans didn't existed, neither would British or all european civilization as we know it.

  • @TheFriendlypie Seriously how old are you....? Loser get out and make some friends....

  • @TheFriendlypie Ok so a reason you think the roman empire was more influential is because roman legionaries looked cooler than english musketmen.....anyway i'm not going to change what i think, thanks for the pointless comment.

  • Wow! I just found your videos and they are great for my history class!! Excellent job ;)

  • @Mrsmaldini thank you :)

  • @CroPETROforever Why don't you tell us the (hi)story about your OWN country, croatia? croatia - a state born in a bloodbath of ethnic cleansing of its non-croatian citizens, the land of racism, homphobia and sexism, racial, cultural, national, social, political, religious discrimination... A PUPPET state created by political/economic interests and paid by blood of millions of innocent people...

  • There's an error. SCIPIO AFRICANUS defeated Hannibal. Not Aemilianus. He was nicknamed 'Africanus' after the battle of Canne and Zama. The real name was Cornelius.

  • There's an error. SCIPIO AFRICANUS defeated Hannibal. Not Aemilianus.

  • Those bloody corrupt politicians ruined Western Rome :/

  • two people are enemy's to us romans! lol

  • @chichywoo We perfectly know them.

  • @evadidio wdu mean by dat?

  • @chichywoo We Romans of Roman heritage perfectly know who are the real enemies of our culture.

  • Great job as in all your movies! Though you forgot to mention Marius ;) Great general and a huge contributer to the Roman battle power due to the reformations!

  • @MrMrgreco Video would be just to long for all generals :) thank you

  • @CroPETROforever,I agree with MrMrgreco with these movies you made. I love it so much that I even added it to my favorites in my you tube channel. Keep on continuing putting these videos.

  • @98bigbutt thx friend :)

  • @MrMrgreco Agree. Marius and Silla, after Servius Tullius the reformers of the legions. Legionary Army was reformed two times in the Republic, once in the First Empire under Hadrian, then in the last part of the Empire by the tetrarchs, Augusti Diocletianus, Maximianus and their Caesaris Galerius and Costantius Clorus.

  • @MrMrgreco yea I thought that too he reorganized the Roman Legion

  • brilliant movie!!

  • 3:21 EPIC.

  • great video great music as always!! keep doing good job m8y !! number one!!!

    thumbs up for croPETROforever!!!

  • @cinevadela thank you :)

  • The American Founding Fathers first called Washington D.C. (Rome).

They believe in a Republican form of government known as Representative government (The Rule Of Law). They came up w/the United States Constitution model after the Roman State... and the government is now called a Constitutional Republic and it's Congressman and Senators as the peoples representatives.

  • @54nomore Benjamin Henry Boneval Latrobe ( Born May 1, 1764 – Death September 3, 1820) was a British-born American architect best known for his design of the United States Capitol, as well as his design of the Baltimore Basilica, the first Catholic Cathedral built in the United States. Latrobe was sent away to the Moravian School at Niesky in Silesia near the border of Saxony and Prussia.

America was founded under Imperium Romanum Sacrum Nationis Germanicæ. (Empire of the German Nation)

  • @ChrisDasSlasher Not agree at all.US was founded by the British Empire, which is very different as culture, laws and conception from the Holy Roman-German Empire of the Carolingian nations who inherited the Continental Europe of the Ancient Roman Empire. We,of carolingian ancestry, are still linked to the Iuris Civilis of the Iustinianus Imperator, while your laws are based to the consuetudinary laws of the Common Wealth. We are more similar to Russia (Roma Tertia) or Turkey (Roma Secunda)

  • @54nomore thats why there is the Capitol hill instead of Capital because of the hill in rome

  • “view of the law of natural selection it was agreed that a nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not have intelligence. Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent.”

If you are made of European blood you have nothing to worry about. The New World Order is coming. Just don't be Non Christian, retarded or homosexual.

  • @ChrisDasSlasher European blood? What does that have to do with anything?

  • @Samperor “I have already written off more than a billion people. These people are in places in Africa, Asia, Latin America. We can’t save them. The population crisis and the food supply question dictate that we should not even try. It’s a waste of time. These people will suffer from continuous cycles of natural disaster, famine, hunger, flood, drought. Some old fools and young ones may talk of trying to mount a noble effort to help these people. But they can’t be saved.” European Elite NWO.

  • @ChrisDasSlasher What do you mean with new world order? the BRIC nations?

  • Republic!

  • Nicely done!

  • It lasted a little bit over 1000 years

  • You have forgotten important generals as Camillus or Aetius but I think it's because you have not videos of them ?

  • @Aerilmellon true, I didn't had for titus vespazian also so I've done it myself ;) hope you like video

  • @CroPETROforever

Yes I like all your videos, and my favorite is

    "Roman Empire & Republic Conquests [509 BC - 476 AD] "

  • @Aerilmellon hehe thank you :) ROMA VICTOR

  • @CroPETROforever How about Marius, Sulla and Pompey?

  • @mainkilla Video would be just to long for all of them, so I've picked the most important one by my calculation :)

  • What is this music? It's fantastic. It makes me want to invade Gaul.

  • @FilmFan1974 you have the list of music in "Description" of Video...

  • @CroPETROforever Missed that...thanks!

  • @FilmFan1974 no problem...

  • Roman soldiers and generals have had no loyalty to the Republic nor the Empire ! In the late centuries of the roman world the become more mercenaries than regular army.

  • @rospero It's not true that roman generals and soldiers were not loyal to Rome and Empire in first three centuries of the empire, they were in that period the most loyal army ever existed on this world... but in 4 and 5 century they became non-roman mercenaries.

  • Great movie!!!!!!

  • @BowofRama10 thx

  • Rome Total War 2

    coming soon !!!

  • @xbouxix you serious?

  • @xbouxix No its shogun 2 total war

  • Xeah, this video didn't started yet. But now... Good! The animations are really good. But my favourit is still the Conquests of Rome! :D Maybe You could make some scenes vith Germanicus, but it's ok.

  • Nice video. Constantine the Great and pompeius were great generals too.

  • Not nearly 1000 but some about 1700 years! Do not forget the Eastern Roman Empire.

  • @vasilisv

Right, it was still the Empire, even if it's name and capital changed.

  • Very good video! But Scipio Aemilianus (185-129 B.C.) didn´t defeat Hannibal, it was Scipio Africanus (235-183 B.C.).

  • @Princepsmaximus nope, Scipio Aemilianus or Scipio Africanus the Younger, was a leading general and politician of the ancient Roman Republic. As consul he commanded at the final siege and destruction of Carthage in 146 BC, He was adopted by Publius Cornelius Scipio, the eldest son of Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus, africanus what you refering to ;)

  • Yes, i know that but he didn´t defeat hannibal. Hannibal was defeated by Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus the Elder. In the video you could see Scipio Aemilianus and there was the lettering "Roman Leader Scipio attacked Carthage and defeated Hannibal".

  • @Princepsmaximus well yes... Publius Cornelius Scipio Aemilianus Africanus Numantinus (185 - 129 BC), also known as Scipio Aemilianus or Scipio Africanus the Younger, was a leading general and politician of the ancient Roman Republic. As consul he commanded at the final siege and destruction of Carthage in 146 BC, and was a leader of the senators opposed to the Gracchi in 133 BC.

  • That´s all correct. The only thing he did not do was fighting Hannibal.

  • @Princepsmaximus well look, both publius cornelius and aemilianus were titled "africanus", with aemilianus all that period with carthage ended so I added him into movie :)

  • Yes, maybe it´s mistakable because only Aemilianus is shown here. It would be right if there would stand "Scipio the Elder and the Younger defeated Hannibal and Cartaghe" or something like that. But i don´t always want to criticize just this one, little point.

  • @Princepsmaximus

I think his full name was Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus.

    Ave atque Vale!!!!!

  • Great video and music as always and your wright about religion without Constantine christianity would probably die out just like the pagan religion did

Spoj lepog i korisnog u nastavnoj praksi !

  • Beautiful, very beautiful. Thanks !

  • This not a video it's a television documentary. Great!.

  • @gianmerlo thx :))

  • Breathtaking Masterpiece !!!

  • @MrMysticus1 ;)))

  • good work!

  • Splendid video! Bravo! Excellent music too as always.

  • @GodfreyBouillon2 THANK YOU :)

  • Yes, I agree, we christians are here even if at the begining the Romans wanted to destroy us, WE ARE STILL HERE!!!

  • @Katolikcz YES, but romans are the ones who made christianitiy first religion of the europe and west... If Constantine didnt made 313 AD a christianity dominant religion of Roman Empire (65% of all Europe), christianity would never spread to today form :)) there is legend that constantine saw cross on the sky before battle with rival roman emperor, before he defeated him :))

  • Yeah, for 300 years the Roman empire tried to destroy christianity but it STILL spread throughout Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. And like Cro said, the Roman Empire then ended up making Christianity its official religion making it even more widespread.
