dude you really need to correct this vid, it's potassium chlorate (KClO3) not chloride, as potassium chloride is useless except maybe as a chlorine donor, because it has no oxygen in it's structure, and sugar has nowhere near enough oxygen to support combustion at those temperatures and ratios.

2) its safter and easier to use KNO3 (Potattium Nitrate or Salt Peter) and Sugar. Mix in a 2:1 ratio (respectively).
