I would personally like to see both mance and dondarrion. mance b/c i think u would nail the audition but also dondarion bc he was probably my favorite character in the series and i would think the more options you give the better your chances. i think you would also make a good tom sevenstrings.

You make me smile. Just for that, I'd say Mance Rayder - because he made me smile in the books, too. As much as I'd love to be unique and urge you to challenge yourself with roles like Dondarrion or Stannis. Edd and Mance, though different in themselves, just seem to fit you so naturally that it would be a shame to give up the opportunity.

My vote is Mance. And then Dondarrion, just cause I wouldn't mind seeing you take a whack at it!

I think you would make a really great Dolorous Edd! Mance Rayder is another option; however Edd has the benefit (in hiring terms) of not being that central and thus you would have much less stiff competition.

Too young for Stannis, Mance and Davos. For Edd, it depends on what direction they intend to go. The books describe him as a grey-haired old man, but they could just as easily make him young. Age for him doesn't matter. I...don't think you look like Beric. No offense. I still think it should be someone like Ramsay Snow. But then, you're also pretty funny so maybe Moon Boy or Ser Dontos?

I would say that the roles I think you would be best for are Davos, Mance and Dolorous Edd. I would say Stannis but I think chances are they're going to be look at big name actors to give the show more star power in the second season.
