@KiwiPeach13 Probably the novel since it's the original version of Goth. They combined GOTH and TWINS and WRIST-CUT chapters with a little from DOG (They showed that Sakura is already thinking care of Yuka). Though they didn't have GRAVE and VOIICE

How close to the novel was this? I loved the novel.

Basically all the short stories combined into one big movie. There were no 'DOG' chapter since in the movie, it's already theirs to begin with. The 'WRIST-CUT' murder is combined with 'GOTH' which the victim loses their hand and is 'frozen' dead in public places. The murder is dubbed as an artist. Chapter 'GRAVE' and 'VOICE' do not play a role in this movie.

Nope, it's more like poetry-type movie. Beautifully moving about death. It's hard too describle but it's not your average horror movie type

Sorry, I don't know. Some time during summer? It is a great story and there's going to be another book (translated) by the same author this September! It's called Zoo. I've read a few stories in it and it's quite good and the movie is out already so check it out!

It's not a sequel of Goth but it's still have the same dark atmosphere. It's also consist of 10 short stories I think that's unrelated with each other. I've read some of them and they're quite good

Boku is not a name. It means "I" (masculine form) in Japanese; refering to Itsuki

The movie came out already, it came out last month but we'll probably have to wait for the DVD to come out. Read the novel instead of the manga, it's actually based on the novel and there are a lot of things missing in the manga.

How do you get the novel? I only have the manga and I can't find it anywhere where else in the book stores. I even made my friend like it and he doesn't even like manga.

You could go try and find it in a nearby anime store or a bookstore. That's where I got mine. If your bookstore doesn't have it, you can ask them to order it for you since it's licensed in english.
