If a caller had called back later claiming to have made the call as a hoax that footage would also be all over the web but it isn't so take that part out of the equation & just listen to the caller. If the call had been planned out in advance he would have had his words ready to go. He is searching for the words and stumbles along which stress can cause. If what he says is true, ET wants to destroy the major cities then control the populace which they could do at any moment. Why the long wait?.

I guess your perception of the call would depend on your life experiences and mine tell me that this guy had little time and lots to say. Being the military opens your vocabulary quite a bit so saying that someone was triangulating his position helps strengthen the argument for me.

@GothicHorror10 my guess is when he said he was discharged on medical conditions they knew he knew too much and so tried to frame him as a mental person or a psycho and thus releasing him with such a label NO ONE would believe him then. And of course that way if he talked they would have nothing to worry about except hunting him down once he squeals and then killing him so they had both sides of their fences covered. Hence why he was on the run.

In other words there is technically no restricted zone it is just a very large facility. These rules apply to ALL US military and research facilities so there is nothing unique about that situation.
